The Redflags/OFAC name check is your solution to comply with the new federally mandatory ID Theft Prevention Law. Simply:
- Run the report on the customer you intend to do business with
- Verify it is the correct person and they are not on the OFAC list
- Print the Report or Clearance page
- Clarify and confirm any discrepancies from the report according to your dealer policy & procedures.
